Overview
This course is designed to support you in the following: improving student outcomes with a particular focus on increasing students spoken use of the language, deepening your understanding of key documents which underpin the Learning Languages area of the NZC, and reflecting on collected evidence of how you cater for these in your practice.
About the course
This course is relevant to all teachers of languages, especially those teaching junior/beginner levels. It is delivered through two full day face-to-face workshops and four online workshops. Participants will be expected to engage with professional readings. Participants will be supported by a digital learning platform for on-going inquiry and reflection.

At no cost for NZ registered teachers.
Selected participants will be advised of the location once registrations have closed. Tui Tuia | Learning Circle - Languages will pay for associated travel for teachers who are outside of the city of delivery for face-to-face workshop(s) or provide delivery online where appropriate.
Upon completion of the programme, your school can claim back the cost of two Teacher Release Days.
