Karen is an accomplished senior marketing leader with a background in building brands and increasing revenue and market share for large multinationals and small start-ups. Over the past two decades, she has led MarComms teams in South East Asia, Australia, United Kingdom and the Middle East, delivering innovative go-to-market strategies for leading brands.

In 2016, Karen moved to Aotearoa New Zealand and spent the first five years working in advertising, media, and entertainment, where she developed data-driven integrated marketing campaigns for various sectors, including Technology, Real Estate, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Agriculture, Insurance, F&B, Energy, Government, and Automotive.

In June 2022, she joined Tui Tuia | Learning Circle to lead the establishment of a Marketing & Innovation team- a new support service for the business in the brand marketing, communications and e-learning space. A collaborator at heart, Karen enjoys working cross-functionally to solve problems and lead innovation in a meaningful manner.
