Paula Kasper

Facilitator

Paula Kasper is a Facilitator for Tui Tuia | Learning Circle’s Languages Team.

Paula has taught in Australia, UK and New Zealand in the role of a Languages Specialist. Her background is across all sectors of language teaching in Primary and Intermediate levels. Her main area is Japanese Language and Culture, for which Paula achieved her Master of Applied Linguistics. Focusing on iCLT intercultural communicative language teaching.

Paula is also experienced in te reo Māori o me tikanga and several Languages Other Than English (LOTE). From her extensive overseas travel experiences, Paula is passionate about culture being the essence of language teaching and of these highly transferrable skills and knowledge.

Paula is enthusiastic to be able to work with teachers across all sectors of the language teaching community. She is based in Hawke’s Bay.
