What we will cover

Matariki is one of the most interesting and important celebrations in Aotearoa. Coincidentally, the Māori new year falls within the same dates as some celebrations in Spanish-speaking countries. In this workshop, we explore Matariki and these celebrations, sharing activities and suggestions for the Spanish classroom.

This workshop is a repeat from the 2023 one: Matariki y tradiciones relacionadas en países donde se habla español.

Spanish B1 level onwards is recommended.

Matariki es una de las celebraciones más interesantes e importantes en Nueva Zelanda; esta celebración coincide enfechas con otras celebraciones en paísesdonde se habla el español. En el taller hablaremos de Matariki y estas festividades y daremos sugerencias y actividades para hacer en la clase deespañol.

Este taller es una repetición del que tuvo lugar en 2023.

Se recomienda tener un nivel de español de al menos B1.
