Ngawaiata is a Facilitator for Tui Tuia I Learning Circle's Te Whanau Maioha Team.

Ngawaiata is an accredited Māori Medium Facilitator and specialises in Te Matauranga o Aotearoa, Te Reo Māori me ōna Tikanga, Senior Assessment NCEA level 1 – 3 for Te Reo Rangatira and Te Reo Māori. She has contributed to a number of Ministry contracts, including PRT Educative Induction and Mentoring, Management, and PLD supporting kaiako and school leaders. She has been a Tumuaki and Tumuaki Tuarua in Kura Māori and Wharekura for the past 9 Years. She has been working as a Data Analyst, analysing Te Reo Māori and transcribing Māori audio. Ngawaiata brings the following skills and experience: 

• Assessment for Learning planning/programmes in TKKM, rumaki reo, reo rua and mainstream kura
• Delivery of Te Reo programmes to whole class and small groups, online forum
• Te Reo matatini student data analysis and designing programmes based on data
• Rauemi design, creation and delivery
• Providing feedback/feedforward to kaiako and tumuaki
• Design and delivery of accelerated learning activities
