What we will cover

This full day workshop is intended for teachers of all languages who are interested in exploring and experiencing some possible ways of using movies effectively in language classrooms.  

Please come along to find more about how you can use movies or similar types of authentic resources to create communicative language learning environment and to further develop your learners’ critical thinking skills. You will also get the chance to collaborate with other participants to create engaging movie-based language lesson plans that you can take back with you.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided. There is a limit of 20 for this workshop and we are also able to cover Teacher Release costs for participants.
