Co-facilitated by Clara Gómez Jimeno, Akiko Kodama (Spanish teacher, St. Oran’s College) and Victoria Medrano (Consular Officer, Embassy of Spain), this full day hands-on workshop aims to provide you the chance to learn how to prepare some pastel de arroz, a typical dessert of the northern city of Spain called Bilbao and Japanese mochies.
Please join us for a day of fun baking so you can take the recipes with you to try out with your learners and also to further enhance you and your students’ intercultural understanding and awareness.
This workshop is facilitated in Spanish and English.
