Feedback from previous participants

Here is what Principals both locally and internationally have to say about our facilitators and their GGL™ experience:

The leadership PLD that our 40 senior leaders recently undertook has been invaluable in supporting Rangitoto College's review of our strategic plan. Our leaders enjoyed the pragmatic facilitation style -- taking the best of educational research and making it accessible and relevant for our setting."

Patrick Gale, Principal, Rangitoto College

GGL™ Module 6 reflected the idea of effective teaching by demonstrating several of the concept's developed dimensions. The session was not just a reminder of how significant teaching is, rather, it was a prediction of how crucial it would be in the future. as leaders, we are responsible for the performance of the teaching purpose, which is the most important function of the educational system. The module was really well prepared, and it had the appropriate flow of discussion as well as everyone's attention. Breakout sessions that utilised the strength of high trust discussion values and relevance helped participants gain a good understanding of some key areas of concern. We are confident that the workshops will provide us with a wealth of new knowledge.
A key takeaway from this course is that it has supported our leaders to understand the value of professional reflective practice in education. A knowledgeable group of experienced professionals managed to tailor the course to the education context of the UAE, as they have experience with leading teaching and learning in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We have had very positive feedback from our international leaders, including our Arabic Language and Islamic leadership teams who attended. It is evident in their daily practice leading their teams that they have grown tremendously over the past few months, following the completion of the course. Our senior leaders are leading with confidence, and this course has made a significant difference in how we lead our school!

Senior Principal | Abu Dhabi

The course supported in developing leadership practices to further improve student outcomes. A great tool to reflect on our current practices and prepare for school inspection.
