About us - video placeholder

We provide services and programs to strengthen the capability and resilience of educators in our ever changing world.

We work alongside leaders, teachers and school communities, co-constructing Professional Learning & Development (PLD) programmes.

These focus on lifting professional practice and improving outcomes for learners. We believe that effective, sustained professional learning is best developed in collaboration with educators, whānau, communities and ākonga.

The outside leaves represent the tūpuna (grandparents and ancestors). The tui is a symbol of the people and the act of guardianship, and the flower represents the seed of knowledge.
